Where do we deliver to?
We offer standard $15 delivery within a 5 mile radius of our studio in Pittsburgh, PA 15224.
The following zip codes are included in our delivery zone: 15201, 15203, 15206, 15207, 15208, 15209, 15210, 15211, 15212, 15213, 15214, 15215, 15217, 15218, 15219, 15221, 15222, 15223, 15224, 15232, 15260.

What if my recipient doesn't answer?
If the weather is warm and your recipient is not answering their door or phone upon arrival, flowers are left in a cool shady spot like any other package. In cases of extreme heat, cold, or inclement weather we cannot leave flowers outside. We will call to notify you of a failed delivery and discuss alternative options.

Is there a minimum order?
There is currently no minimum to qualify for delivery.

Delivery times
Deliveries typically arrive between 10am and 6pm. Please make sure your recipient will be available to receive your gift around this general time. While we try to accommodate time preferences, it is not always possible. Please contact us in advance if you have any special delivery requests. Busy holiday times such as Valentine's Day or Mother's Day may not allow us to accept time requests.
Sales Tax
7% sales tax will be added to all products and services as required by state and city laws.
Consultations
We offer a complementary initial consultation to all our potential clients per project. Our consultations help us get to know you and your style preferences.

The duration of each consultation is a maximum of 1 hour. If you would like a longer consultation we can arrange a larger block of time at $50 for each additional hour.

Seasonality & Substitutions
Fresh florals are seasonal and perishable. Product availability changes regularly.

We understand there are times when a client may want a specific flower included in an event or subscription. We will make every effort we can to source what makes our clients happy. However, sometimes it is not possible.

We reserve the right to substitute or refuse any specific flowers/foliage request that cannot be sourced or that upon arrival does not pass our quality inspection.
Refund & Exchange Policy
Quality is very important to us. We have a 100% freshness guarantee for fresh florals and plants.
Please contact us within 24 hours of the delivery if you have any concerns about the quality of your arrangement. Please note that we may require photos of the arrangement before we can assist you.
