How much does delivery cost? Is there a minimum?
All of our deliveries are a standard flat rate of $15. There is no minimum order to qualify for delivery.

What if my recipient doesn't answer?
If the weather is warm and your recipient is not answering their door or phone upon arrival, flowers are left in a cool shady spot like any other package.

Our arrangements are designed for optimal freshness. If you feel there are any issues with your arrangement please let us know as soon as possible (preferably within 24 hours of delivery). We may require you to provide a photo of the issue before we are able to help. Please send all photos and any concerns to Design@galleriabotanica.com.
